System Integration

All Ansur Communications customers' benefit from having top quality equipment, but in many cases achieving the best solution demands more than simply supplying individual items of new equipment. In such situations you need to know that your supplier is able to integrate all the components into a system that will meet your requirements.

For example a recent client had a need for integration of their ATEX Radios (working with alcohol) linked to pre-stored voice messages, linked to the site public address system, linked to the organisations telephone exchange and linked to key safety personnel, i.e. First Aiders. This was achieved by Ansur Communications in depth knowledge of a broad range of systems and equipment, not necessarily directly related to the 2-way radio industry.

Technical Services

Ansur Communications expertise extends beyond mobile communication to include systems for communicating routine and emergency information within buildings. We design and specify Public Address having recently achieved a world first for a military establishment. We have designed and developed alarm systems incorporating voice evacuation. We also provide enhanced premises security by integrating with existing alarm systems, access control and emergency pull cord systems.

Workshop Services

Providing top quality service to our customers is the foundation of Ansur Communications' business. To maintain this high standard, our workshops are fully equipped with the latest technology to facilitate fast, efficient repairs and maintenance. We have active service accounts with all our suppliers to ensure the fastest possible delivery of spare parts. Each job is rigorously checked before being returned to you.

Two-way radio is recognised as the most cost-effective means of mobile communications for workgroups. Many users find that it's not appropriate to purchase or set up a permanent system: For example, if you need to supplement an existing system for a busy period, or you may be responsible for one-off or annual events. Alternatively, more and more organisations today prefer outsourcing from specialist suppliers to having the responsibility associated with purchase and ownership
